You do not have to visit - we can quote you on the telephone if you wish, in fact you should telephone for a quote anyway - you have nothing to lose (or do it online if you wish).

FREE COMPANY FORMATION – SPECIAL OFFER
If you are a sole trader or partnership or a new business and have decided to incorporate, we will form your limited company FREE of charge (normal charge £200 + VAT). Subject to Companies House we can usually do this the same day. You do not even have to pay Companies House fees. We do expect you to be our client though and some sensible conditions apply (ask for details).
FREE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE – SPECIAL OFFER
We will GIVE you FREE software. If you are a sole trader with simple requirements, we will give you a tailored spreadsheet model to use (or if preferred a paper based system) free of charge. If you are a larger business or limited company, we will give you the latest Sage software appropriate to your business. There is a catch; we are not giving away £100’s worth of software without expecting something in return.
Firstly you will have signed up as a client. Secondly, using the system provided, will, (if things are done correctly) enable us to improve our service to you. It will make our life easier and give you the benefit of reduced fees and better information. And of course, you will have to abide by the software licences not to copy, lend or sell the software.
We want your business and we want it to be set up correctly from the start. Our annual work on the accounts will be more straightforward and this will enable us to offer reduced fees and spend our time more usefully helping you, rather than sorting a mess out at the end of the year!
